On 28–29 March 2026, LeadForward Academy successfully conducted the training on “Content Creator & Media Podcasting Skills”, bringing together a diverse group of enthusiastic participants from the community.
Over the two-day program, participants were equipped with practical, hands-on skills in:
🎥 Video production and storytelling
📱 Effective use of social media platforms like Facebook and TikTok
🎙️ Podcast creation and content planning
What made this training truly impactful was the transformation seen in the participants. Many of them started with little to no experience in digital content creation, but by the end of the course, they were confidently creating videos, recording podcasts, and sharing meaningful stories from their own communities.
Participants expressed that they had learned how to turn everyday experiences into powerful content, helping to promote local businesses, share community stories, and even create new income opportunities through digital platforms.
One participant shared:
“Before this training, I didn’t know how to create content. Now I can make videos and share stories about my village and my work. I feel more confident using social media.”
This training not only built technical skills but also empowered individuals to become storytellers, influencers, and digital entrepreneurs within their communities.
