Objective

To provide participants with a comprehensive understanding of the project management lifecycle and the "Power Skills" needed to lead teams, manage stakeholders, and deliver projects on time and within budget using global PMP standards.

Learning Outcome

Participants will leave the training with the ability to: Master the Project Lifecycle: Successfully navigate projects from initiation and chartering through to formal closing and lessons learned. Control Scope & Schedule: Build robust Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) and realistic Gantt charts to prevent scope creep and ensure on-time delivery. Drive Team Performance: Apply advanced leadership and conflict resolution models to manage diverse project teams and stakeholders. Mitigate Project Risks: Proactively identify, prioritize, and manage risks using both qualitative and quantitative analysis techniques. Track Financial Health: Utilize Earned Value Management (EVM) to monitor project budget and performance against the baseline. Adopt Agile & Hybrid Mindsets: Determine when to apply Waterfall, Agile, or Hybrid methodologies based on project complexity and organizational needs.
