Objective

The objective of this course is to enhance participants’ understanding of employers’ legal, ethical, and practical obligations in enterprises. By the end of the training, participants will be able to identify key labor law requirements, fulfill responsibilities related to employee rights, occupational safety and health, wages and benefits, and apply compliance measures to ensure fair, lawful, and sustainable workplace practices.

Module 3: Occupational Safety and Health Obligations (Theory + Practice)
